As your Perinatal Movement & Wellness Doula, I combine evidence-based movement, breath, and health coaching to help you stay strong, balanced, and well throughout pregnancy. My work complements your clinical care by focusing on what happens between appointments — the everyday movement, mindset, and habits that make the biggest difference for you and your baby.

  • We build strength and mobility through pregnancy-specific exercise, corrective movement, yoga, and Pilates. Every session supports the changing demands on your body while promoting healthy blood pressure, blood glucose, and endurance for labor and delivery.

  • Learn how to move and breathe in ways that support your growing belly, protect your pelvic floor, and prepare you for birth. These techniques reduce discomfort, improve posture, and help you feel more in control of your body.

  • Pregnancy doesn’t pause the rest of life. Together, we’ll look at your sleep, stress, nutrition, and daily routines to create realistic, sustainable habits that support both your body and your baby.

  • I work alongside your healthcare team, respecting their recommendations while offering practical, science-informed strategies to help you put them into action.

As a Perinatal Movement & Wellness Doula, I provide non-clinical, evidence-informed support that complements your healthcare provider’s recommendations. My role is to help you put that guidance into action through movement, breath, and wellness coaching designed for real life.

Each Complete Trimester Package offers a comprehensive, deeply personalized experience that combines private movement training, holistic health coaching, and unlimited group exercise classes to support your evolving body and growing baby.

As your Perinatal Movement & Wellness Doula, I merge the science of prenatal fitness with the compassion and adaptability of doula care. No two sessions look the same — because no two days in pregnancy feel the same. Together, we’ll use a blend of Reformer Pilates, functional strength training, corrective exercise, and yoga-inspired movement to build core and pelvic floor connection, enhance stability, and promote mobility and ease through each trimester.

Your health coaching sessions bring the full picture into focus. We’ll work together to support healthy blood pressure, balanced blood sugar, and sustainable weight management, while cultivating habits that nourish both you and your baby. You’ll gain access to my digital coaching app, where we track sleep, HRV, stress, and nutrition — creating an evidence-based framework that evolves as your pregnancy progresses.
