Health coaching with me is a partnership designed to meet you in the season of life you’re in and help you move forward with strength and confidence. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I combine evidence-based strategies with personalized guidance so you can create sustainable change that lasts.

My work is especially focused on the unique transitions women experience:

  • Pregnancy – Together we’ll create nourishing routines that support your changing body and your baby’s growth, while laying the foundation for birth and recovery.

  • Postpartum – Whether you are six weeks or six years into motherhood, this chapter calls for support with energy, nourishment, strength, and balance. Coaching offers tools to help you restore and grow with clarity and confidence.

  • Perimenopause – Hormonal shifts bring new opportunities to care for your body through sleep strategies, strength building, and lifestyle rhythms that support resilience and vitality.

  • GLP-1 Support – For clients using GLP-1 medications, coaching bridges the medication with long-term lifestyle. We’ll focus on sustainable nutrition, balanced strength training, and daily practices that ensure progress builds into lasting health.

With a strong educational component, this session provides the tools and knowledge to understand how your body moves and how to build a solid foundation for more powerful, confident movement. Whether you're just starting out or refining your foundation, GROUNDwork is ideal for all levels.

COREdination

The COREdination Method is a workshop, private session or class series designed for athletes who want to take their performance to the next level by fully engaging their deep core muscles. We'll review the fundamentals to ensure there is a strong foundation before diving into advanced breathwork techniques and overload training. Using specific tools and methodology, we’ll deepen the connection between your core, breath, and pelvic floor. Once we’ve mastered this, we’ll add load—whether barbells or dumbbells—to elevate the power of your coordinated movement. TCOREdination is perfect for someone who is already committed to their fitness journey, looking to enhance their strength, stability, and overall performance.
