As your Perinatal Movement & Wellness Doula, I merge the science of prenatal fitness with the compassion and adaptability of doula care. No two sessions look the same — because no two days in pregnancy feel the same. Together, we’ll use a blend of Reformer Pilates, functional strength training, corrective exercise, and yoga-inspired movement to build core and pelvic floor connection, enhance stability, and promote mobility and ease through each trimester.

Your health coaching sessions bring the full picture into focus. We’ll work together to support healthy blood pressure, balanced blood sugar, and sustainable weight management, while cultivating habits that nourish both you and your baby. You’ll gain access to my digital coaching app, where we track sleep, HRV, stress, and nutrition — creating an evidence-based framework that evolves as your pregnancy progresses.

As your Perinatal Movement & Wellness Doula, I bring the same integrated approach to postpartum care that I use throughout pregnancy — combining Reformer Pilates, functional strength training, corrective exercise, and yoga to restore core and pelvic floor function, improve circulation, and rebuild strength and energy safely. Whether we meet in your home, in the studio, or virtually, every session adapts to your needs, your energy, and your healing process.

Your health coaching sessions extend that care beyond the mat. Together, we’ll focus on stabilizing blood pressure and blood sugar, supporting hormonal recovery, and developing nourishing routines that promote energy and sustainable weight balance without pressure or restriction.
