When you’re ready, we’ll begin with an in-home visit — a chance to reconnect with your body through gentle breath, pelvic floor awareness, and simple restorative movement designed to support your recovery right where you are. From there, we’ll move at your pace, integrating Reformer Pilates, corrective exercise, functional strength training, and yoga-inspired movement to rebuild your foundation of strength, stability, and energy.
Your health coaching sessions complete the picture, helping you create habits that support heart health, balanced blood pressure and blood sugar, and sustainable recovery. Together, we’ll establish realistic rhythms around nourishment, rest, and stress — supporting your physical healing while nurturing emotional resilience.
