I created MOVE Like a Mother because strength isn’t one-size-fits-all—and motherhood is never a setback.

I’ve spent years in movement spaces—studying, teaching, lifting, learning.
Always asking: What do women really need to feel strong again?

Not just strong for the stroller, the stairs, or the never-ending laundry—
But strong in themselves.
In their breath.
In their boundaries.
In their next chapter.
