GROUNDwork

GROUNDwork is a 60-minute workshop designed to help women & men connect with their core, pelvic floor, and breath for lasting strength and stability. With a strong educational component, this session provides the tools and knowledge to understand how your body moves and how to build a solid foundation for more powerful, confident movement. Whether you're just starting out or refining your foundation, GROUNDwork is ideal for all levels. This workshop is perfect for gyms, yoga studios, moms’ groups, or any non-typical fitness setting, empowering participants to strengthen and connect with their bodies in a supportive, educational environment.

COREdination

The COREdination workshop is designed for athletes who want to take their performance to the next level by fully engaging their deep core muscles. In this 90-minute session, we'll review the fundamentals to ensure everyone is on the same page before diving into advanced breathwork techniques and overload training. Using specific tools and methodology, we’ll deepen the connection between your core, breath, and pelvic floor. Once we’ve mastered this, we’ll add load—whether barbells or dumbbells—to elevate the power of your coordinated movement. This workshop is perfect for gyms, fitness studios, or facilities with an audience already committed to their fitness journey, looking to enhance their strength, stability, and overall performance.

Empowering Fitness Instructors for Core, Pelvic Floor, and Breathwork
This specialized offering is designed for coaches and instructors in fitness facilities who want to expand their knowledge and ability to support clients in building a strong, connected core. Through this workshop, trainers will learn how to integrate breathwork, pelvic floor activation, and core strength techniques into their existing training programs. With a focus on educational excellence and practical application, coaches will walk away equipped to teach clients at all levels, whether they’re newcomers or seasoned athletes. This session is ideal for fitness professionals looking to enhance their approach to functional movement, stability, and strength, empowering them to offer more holistic, well-rounded coaching.
